Fall head-first into my Pensieve
Slytherin - Fifth Year - Extremely Adept at Spells
My name? It's Flora, Flora Carrow and I am, as I'm sure you already know, the twin sister of Hestia Carrow.
If you haven't already figured it out, I couldn't be less like my sibling. While I don't share her bloodlust or fiery persona, that doesn't mean we're not close.
I excel in all aspects of my life at Hogwarts. I'm at the top of my year and probably one of the brightest Slytherin's you'll ever come into contact with. I'll be getting E's on all of my O.W.L's, you can bet on that, especially Charms, Transfiguration and D.A.D.A.
I may not be like Hestia, but that doesn't mean I won't do whatever it takes to get what I want, even if I have to step on a few toes to do so.
My loyalty lies not with the Dark Lord, but with Hestia. I'll go where ever she does, I'll do whatever she asks of me, I'll protect her to the death, if it comes to that.
I’m on the chat but away from my computer. I’ll be back in about 10 minutess!
“I wasn’t that fast,” he said. “And I was going to head to the library, return this horrible book before it puts me to sleep.” Theo made a sweeping gesture, “Would you like to join me?”
“Sure, I’d love to,” Flora said, smiling at Theo and started walking in the direction of the door. Soon, they were out in the corridors, which were really cold, especially down in the dungeons. She tugged her jumper, that had ridden up a bit, back down over her jeans and looked over at Theo. “So, how have things been?”
Charlotte pinched the bridge of her nose as she she heard her friend talk, before setting her hands at her sides and shaking her head. “If I give up my morals, then what is the point of living?” She asked softly. Her parents had raised her to accept everyone. “I’d rather have a small chance of living on the good side, then be guaranteed a miserable life with the Dark Lord; and if Potter may win like you say, don’t you think there will be repercussions for those who practiced dark arts?” She managed a small sarcastic laugh before continuing lowly. “I’m not Hestia. I won’t forsake morality for the cheap thrill of being a servant wench. Is that what you’re trying to do here? Be like Hestia? If so, I feel sorry for you. She isn’t a person anyone should aspire to follow.”
Flora gritted her teeth and stared intensely at Charlotte as she started talking about her sister, Hestia. If there was one way you could easily push Flora over the edge, it was by saying something bad about her twin sister.
“Shut your bloody mouth, Harper!” She yelled at the blonde-haired girl, who continued to speak anyways. If a moment of blind rage, Flora closed the distance between her and Charlotte, and without hesitation, she struck her across the face with her wand-free hand, causing her cheek to turn scarlet in almost an instant.
It wasn’t normal for Charlotte to get angry, but she could feel her cheeks flushing red until Flora finally turned around.
“And what in Merlin’s name would put killing under your morals Flora? That isn’t you, nor is that even close to moralistic!” She said haughtily, just glaring at the girl practically charging towards her. “Protecting me? You think that by putting me under him of all people, that I will be protected? He treats his followers like slaves!”
“You’re going to be killed if you’re not loyal to him!” Flora bellowed, unknowingly raising her wand arm slightly, “You’ll be killed a lot sooner than you think! The Dark Lord may not win this war, Potter might defeat him, but until then it’s him you need to side with! You’ll be dead within a month of you don’t! Isn’t your life more important than your bloody morals?”
Wait? Are you friends with this little whore? No Flora! I do not want her on our side! She is weak and invaluable. She’s not worth a thing. I promise you if you’re associating with this bitch I won’t give her the grace of a quick and painless death. I will drown out her torture and feed her corpse to Nagini.
“She’s not weak and invaluable, Hest!” Flora said, her eyes locked intensely on her sister, ”She’d be a great asset, don’t be so blind with hate! I can convince her to join us, Hest, I know I can.”

Lucky you!Well you can have her after I’m done. But, Adrian is off limits -scowls-
I don’t want your sloppy seconds!
Well looks like you’ll have to settle with a blood-traitor, half-blood, or mudblood because I would never touch any of them or even that whore Charleen…or whatever the fuck her name is.
Charlotte, Hest and I’ll find someone of my own. You couldn’t have shagged all of the decent ones around here. Then again.. It is you we’re talking about here. -Smirks-
Who the fuck cares what her name is! You shouldn’t! She’s one of them Flor! One of those fucking pathetic fools that will die! -scowls- And you will not associate with such filth. Do you understand?
How am I supposed to talk some sense into her if I’m not to be associating with her? Honestly, Hest.. And I’m sure I could easily talk some sense into her, she’s a Slytherin, it shouldn’t be that hard.

I’m here. Voldemort needs something to do. :D
Flora’s here too!
Charlotte didn’t like the look on Flora’s face at all. They had never been harsh to each other before, but this didn’t seem as though it’d have a decent ending.
“They see me as nothing but a pawn Flora! Either I play their game or don’t play at all, and I will not be used like that!” her voice had heightened now and she knew there was no going back. She should have never brought this up in the first place. She watched as Flora stormed off for only a moment before rising from her seat, leaving her bag and blanket on the ground, with her wand still sticking out of pocket; she chased after her friend.
“I never bloody asked you to try and save me. In fact, I have never asked you for anything! I will not become some sort of deranged servant, I still have my morals you know!” she called after Flora, unsure whether she wanted her to actually turn around or keep walking away.
Flora stopped her tracks, her fingers instinctively curling tightly around her wand. She spun around and stared at Charlotte in disbelief.
“What about my morals, what about what I think is right?” she shouted back at Charlotte and making her way to where she was now standing, “But if you want to be a bloody Martyr and get yourself killed then fine! I’m just trying to protect the people I love, for Merlin’s sake! And if I have to be on the Dark Lord’s side for that, then I will!”
Theo shook his head, “No, it was my fault. Bit of in a hurry and I didn’t realize anyone was behind me.” He briefly glanced at her, looking for any signs of damage. It seemed that all Theo was bump into people…he was starting to think he was a bit clumsy. He took in her outfit feeling slightly confused. “Going somewhere?”
Flora laughed and bent over to pick up her Transfiguration book that was still on the floor. She straightened back up and returned Theo’s glance. “Ah-yeah. The library,” she said, turning over the book in her hands, “Were you? You shot out of that chair bloody fast.”
I would love it if you all checked out this roleplay! Please, please, please!
Charlotte had rarely, if ever, seen Flora look so stern. Her chest felt heavy, as though pressed down by a weight, and she couldn’t figure out whether it was anger or worry for she felt a reasonable amount of both at the moment.
“Did you ever think that maybe I’d rather die than fight for something that I don’t believe in?” she asked, harsher than she had thought. “I’m sorry Flora, but I refuse to switch sides out of fear. I don’t want to stick to the Slytherin stereotype, and I wasn’t raised that way.” Her tone had softened and she felt defeated. Flora was her only friend for years, and the last person she had thought she might lose through all of this. It was only a matter of time before her friend realized she needed to take sides and she’d run to Hestia, no matter the circumstances.
“I can’t see things the way you do Flora, I just can’t.” She paused, taking in the other girls reaction. Charlotte wondered if her friend knew exactly how high she was on Hestia’s hit list, but she didn’t regret a single word she had said to the girl on their first meeting that had earned her that spot. “So if death is as easy as they say, I hope it’s painless because mine seems imminent.” She ended in a low whisper, almost jokingly, staring at anything but the girl beside her.
Flora shot up, her eyes slightly narrowed as she stared sharply at Charlotte. She didn’t like losing her temper, but somehow the girl was pressing all of the right buttons. She could feel the anger building up in her, but it was more then that, it was mixed with worry and grief as well.
“It will be anything but painless, don’t you understand that? You’ll be marked a blood traitor, they will make sure you suffer!” Flora’s voice was quickly rising, she couldn’t understand why Charlotte was being such a martyr. Out of pure habit, Flora tightened her grip on her wand and stood up. “The way you were raised is going to get you killed for Merlin’s sake! Can’t you see that I’m trying to save your life? That I’m possibly risking my own by even talking to you?” Flora roughly grabbed for her rucksack and threw it over her shoulder. If Charlotte wasn’t going to listen, she wasn’t going to waist her time. She turned on her heel and started walking away.
“Oh, shut up Flora” she glared. “I’ve already started even before he asked me” she lifted her chin up in the air looking down at her sister. “Do you want me to defy the Dark Lord? Do you want us all to get killed Flora?” she scolded slamming her hand against the arm of chair. Hestia leaned in closer once again “don’t doubt me” the words flowed from her lips the threat staining her tongue as she stood up pacing the room slowly contemplating her next move.
Flora shut her mouth tight and stared at Hestia. She hated when her sister’s anger was directed towards her, but sometimes she couldn’t help but try to help Hestia see some sort of reason, even though it was usually hopeless. Flora wasn’t the slightest bit surprised that Hestia had killed before, though she did wish she would have told her. Flora stared at her sister as she paced in front of her.
“I don’t doubt you, Hest. I would never doubt you.” she said, her voice stoic, “And I would never ask you to defy the Dark Lord either, you know that.” She paused, keeping her eyes trained on Hestia before adding, “What can I do to help you, Hest?”
